Matthew is a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. His  degree is in Communications, with a focus in Public Relations, Telecommunications, and Real Estate. Having lived in over 7 cities across the United States, Matthew has acquired a high understanding of transition - and the wants and needs that come with it. Matthews real estate background includes analyzing properties in specific price ranges, preparing real estate documents and data, assisting brokers’ with open house events, and enacting marketing and sales strategies that assist in pricing/releasing properties onto the market. Matthew holds an impressive knowledge of the real estate market in Los Angeles, specifically in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Hollywood Hills, Calabasas, and Hidden Hills. Having grown up on the West Coast, Matthew has constantly monitored the current real estate trends across California.
