manager, and administrator across all price points, there is virtually no situation that Roxanne
Silvera has not encountered and decisively resolved. An expert among experts, Roxanne is a
key ingredient to any successful real estate transaction, team, and brokerage. From beginning
to close of escrow, she has regularly handled transactions valued up to $88 Million each year, a
level unseen by most in an entire lifetime. Her tenure at the world’s finest luxury brands has
provided her with the savvy and experience to navigate each successful close.
Roxanne is proud to have worked alongside some of the most prestigious and notable
professionals in the industry. Her meticulous organization and persistent drive in overseeing and
expediting hundreds of transactions for the renowned Fridman Group, under the leadership of
award-winning Tomer and Isidora Fridman, has solidified her as a standout among her peers.
When not in the Compass Beverly Hills office, on location, or working remotely, Roxanne can be
found enjoying time spent with her husband, grown son, or mixed-breed Chihuahua, Nala. She
is a true lover of film, comedy, and nature, and her genuine honesty immediately endears
