Nadia Black is a global real estate advisor who heads the Fridman Group in Dallas, Texas. She specializes in new construction, new development as well as ranch and land sales. She has worked on several new developments locally and globally such as Bleu Ciel, a Harwood development. She is head of sales at Kessler West and Campbell Beach. Nadia's savvy discernment, positive attitude, global background and experience are unique skills that offer her clients an advantage for both local and international markets. She has been a global property advisor in not only Dallas, but Greece, Dubai, Costa Rica, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Nadia is a skilled negotiator that anticipates her clients' needs. She is multilingual, speaking fluent Arabic and moderate Greek.
Originally from England, she grew up in the quaint English countryside and spent summers traveling the world with her father, a surgeon and her mother, a real estate investor. Nadia assisted her mother in managing her property and investment portfolio, which ultimately inspired Nadia to eventually move into real estate. Before real estate, Nadia worked in enterprise sales managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio that included entities such as Sealed Air, Tesla, NASA , as well as a great number of notable Ivy league universities, and institutions.
In her spare time, she is a philanthropist who has been volunteering for several years with the overseas mission Caritas in Athens, Greece. She loves fitness and is an active member at the Nelson Sports Club in Dallas, and has served for several years on the social food and beverage committee of the Four Seasons Resort.
She is passionate about traveling, meditation, reading and motivational speaking. A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a BS degree in Neuroscience, Nadia later obtained her MBA in leadership and organizational management from the University of Indianapolis.
