NBA star Chris Paul breaks Calabasas record with $11M sale
Chris Paul has scored a slam dunk in Calabasas.
The NBA All-Star sold his mansion for $11.05 million, registering the highest price paid for a single-family home in the ritzy neighborhood this year, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Paul bought the residence for $8.9 million three years ago, while he played for the L.A. Clippers, records show.
Tomer Fridman and Isadora Fridman of Compass had the listing.
Emil Hartoonian of the Agency represented the buyer.
