So it’s no surprise the 27-year-old Hollywood scion-turned-up-and-coming investor has already moved on to bigger and better things, shelling out $4.4 million for a lavish house that lies just a block outside the WeHo city limits, in a centrally-located neighborhood of Los Angeles known as Beverly Grove.
