Dubbed the Owlwood Estate, the historic 12,201-square-foot home was built in 1936 and designed in an Italian Renaissance style by architect Robert D. Farquhar. The main house features nine bedrooms and 10 bathrooms (plus an elevator and massive spiral staircase), and there is also a guest house, staff housing, a tennis court, and an Olympic-size pool with a pool house on the property. Throughout the estate, you'll find elaborate moldings, grand marble fireplaces, hand-carved mantels, crystal chandeliers, and gold fixtures.
