After spending 2020 quarantined in her $100 million London mansion — and also at lavish vacation rentals in no fewer than seven other countries, for that matter — Tamara Ecclestone has swanned back to one of her favorite residential playgrounds, and just in time for summer. The famously profligate Formula One heiress and her longtime husband, ex-stockbroker Jay Rutland, are bunking up in a posh Beverly Hills property that’s perfect for a young family of jetsetters.
Certainly Ecclestone and Rutland, ever the media-friendly pair, haven’t been shy about showing off their deluxe digs on social media. The reality TV veterans have flaunted photos of the property’s lavish interiors and yard on Instagram, revealing the marble detailing and “enchanting garden” that’s perfect for “intimate dinners of grand soirees” — per the listing — to their hundreds of thousands of followers. Located in the Coldwater Canyon region of the 90210, the estate was last offered for lease at $90,000 per month by realtors Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker, along with Sally Forster Jones and Tomer Fridman of Compass.

Back in London, at her palatial home in Kensington Palace Gardens — Britain’s so-called “Billionaires’ Row” — the 36-year-old requires a staff of 50 to attend to her family every whim. And back in 2013, she reportedly plunked down a whopping $150,000 per month to lease a sprawling Bel Air estate.
