A music studio is among the perks at Tommy Lee’s Calabasas estate. The nearly 10,000-square-foot home has been relisted at $4.65 million, a 22 percent price chop since it hit the market in 2016 at $5.995 million.
Built in 1987, the three-story, six-bedroom home is set on a cul-de-sac in guard-gated Vista Pointe. A retractable, glass roof covers trees and waterfalls in a soaring, indoor atrium, along with a Koi pond and stone spa. A 13-car garage has been converted into a recording studio.
